S - 2 C. chocolate milk + 6 TBSP of chocolate chips = (8 + 2) + 12

Total = 29

Walked for 30 minutes.


I have my period, excuse my overload of chocolate.

I seriously don't know how I'm going to do this.
It's hard to be around people who are eating things I want (DOUGHNUTS. SANDWICHES. CHOCOLATE MILK.).
Maybe I'm too young & weak minded to do this. :(

D - Deep dish pizza w/ one meat topping = 11

S - 1/8 a slice of apple pie + 2 chocolate candies = 9 + 4

TOTAL = 28 points

L - 3 C. Celery + 1 TBSP Italian dressing = 0 + 2

D - Meatball Sandwich ( 2 TBSP sauce) + 4 Ravioli (no sauce) = 10 +4

S - 2 cans soda + 6 pieces of candy + doughnut = 9 + 6 + 6 = 21

TOTAL = 41

L - 1 6" IN. Salami sub (w/ lettuce, totmato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, spinach) 2 TBSP Mustard + 1/2 C. Chips = 8 + 8 + 0+ 4

D - None

S - 3 TBSP Icing + Ice Cream Sundae = 6 + 11

TOTAL = 44
